As the previous poster said, this is a hard place to leave. I've lived here for three years but I'll have to leave when my current lease is up soon because they're raising my rent by $200. Unfortunately they haven't had the courtesy to officially communicate this to me in a lease renewal letter. I only found out because I was curious and called the office to check. Six weeks out from the end of my lease and I STILL have no lease renewal letter.
Generally the staff is decent and maintenance takes great care of the complex so everything looks very nice and clean. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for a repair. The floorplans are the best I've seen and very spacious.
Just be prepared to pay. Unfortunately if you want to live in Mukilteo this is one of your only options because pretty much everything else has gone condo. And the new management company is DEFINITELY taking advantage of that.

Before you get all upset about not receiving a renewal letter... Check your lease. Which states they have 20 days prior to the end of the agreement to notify you of an increase. Most companies will send them out on the first of the month which is 10 days more then required by law. The only way you will be notified before 20 days is if your are receiving housing assistance which requires 60 days notification. Did you want to talk about renewal notices or were you just blowing smoke?
