Not only are the prices high but maintenance takes WEEKS to fix even the smallest problem. I pay for a covered parking spot because the staff here takes ALLLLLLL of the spots in front of not only my building but every building near the office. And they forgot to write down what parking spot they put me in so they had me towed and refused to pay to get it out of the tow yard. The management pretends to be nice when you go to rent but once you've signed the lease don't expect to get any kind of help and understand that they will now be beyond rude to you. Not to mention the fact that it is mid summer and they have yet to open the pool!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I am sorry this person gave Bay Court a bad review as I find it to be the best complex I have lived in. First of all, Summer officially started 4 days ago and only one of the 2 pools is closed for repair. In regard to the staff and maintenance crew? I have only kudo's to offer to them. Every single request I have made was done in a timely manner and to meet my schedule.Yesterday my wall plug was dead and they repaired it the same day.As far as the parking issue, maybe the guy should of checked his lease to make sure before he /she left, the assigned parking spot was the same as their records. If anyone could be annoying it would be me.I like quick results and have always recieved them.The staff are all friendly always.I also recieved a $200 bonus when I resigned my lease and had my carpet cleaned for free.
