As from what the previous review mentioned. It is definitely very accurate and on point, but not at the Harbour Pointe. The office management ladies in there will put on their best customer service face to lock you into a lease, and as soon as you sign, the Manager and the Assistant Manager will collect your soul. You will be treated very rudely, the customer service experience that you thought you had at first will be non-existent. There is no understanding to any residents life situations. And the closed pool' (picture provided in review below). Very Overated. You can find another place elsewhere, with a better location, cheaper rates, and friendlier service with real customer service skills.
