Pricey but nice.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
We have lived here almost a year and a half and have had VERY LITTLE problems. The office staff is very nice and the maintanence staff is not only nice but very timely with their orders. We have had to place 3 or 4 work orders in our year and a half and each one of them has been taken care of within 1-2 days. We own 2 dogs and they are VERY dog friendly.
The only complaints I have are that parking kind of stinks if you aren't home before 6pm and I would love to see parking permits and vistor parking enforced also it is a little pricey but its Mukilteo and a nice quiet area.
