After seeing the negative reviews, I had to put in my two cents because I had nothing short of a good experience at Baycourt. First of all, the managers were very friendly and responsive. Dahlia was always available and always timely in responding to our concerns. I lived in a 3-bedroom, top floor facing the woods with the perfect floorplan that we can't find anywhere else. It was quiet, my roommates and I felt safe, and we never once had a break-in or anything stolen/damaged in our apartment or vehicles. It surprises me to read that any of that even went on because it was such a peaceful place to live. In fact, we would have extended our lease and stayed there longer if it was much closer to the freeway and to my job. The apartment was very clean, parking was ample on most days except for Sunday nights when everyone is home, and rent was very reasonable compared to all other complexes. I really miss living there, and wish they had a complex just like it closer to the freeway.
