You should definitely rent this place, if you're a crack smoker... And don't forget your gas mask when you check the mail at 4AM. Seriously... There is this one guy that walks around every single apartment just to billow smoke at his neighbors all evening/night/morning long. Take it to the curb, ya bum! And when you're asking yourself why the lease is 40 pages long in size 8 font, it's because management doesn't want to mention it smells like burnt tires and meth labs here.

Not that I know what meth smells like... -_-

The only upside is the sturdy floor/wall construction, can't hear neighbors for the most part, but the shoddy windows make up for that with traffic noise from cars outside and the bathroom shower squeaks like a MOTHER.
