One chair that was set on fire inside an apt was in the street near the outside of the dumpsters for over a week...so disturbing & unsightly...Walls are thin and repair jobs shoddy. There is black moldy areas around sink & toilets when I moved in, several window locks broken off {I keep rods in window track to try to prevent outside opening}, water heater was not working and after three times by "maintenance", still only luke-warm, . they told me they will replace it when it "totally fails"!!!
