I can not imagine calling this place home any longer than I had to. Of corse they have great move in specials if they were not giving the urine soaked carpet boxes away who in their right mind would move in to this place. Remember you only get what you pay for, don't be cheap you will regret it if you rent here. Even the staff which is either drug dependant or just flat out liers is something you should seriouly consider before you change your address to 12303 Harbour Pointe blvd. Just remember these staff members: who either have so many tatoos (that they look like they have been in prison for years), or they lie directly to your face and then deny what you heard them say, have keys to your home, property, and family members.
