Worst place I have even seen we moved in March or 2003 a few days after getting married the carpet smelled like dog saliva

Moved it to are 1 bedroom in the z building apartments are listed as *768* Square Feet and seem no where near that size

We left a large list of things that needed to be fixed they kept telling us that they would contact us when they were ready to do repairs that never happened

first time we did a load of dishes in the dish washer soap went everywhere the people that cleaned the apartment after the last tenets had used dish soap to clean everything so after spending about 3 hours cleaning that up we went to run the washer it was broken told the rental office said they would call us back they still have not its been 1 month short of a year so I fixed it my self everything went ok for the next 2 month tell are car was broken in to twice in 1 week and are stereo was taken the second break in they took cd's and a portable cd player

2 days later I was cleaning up and found 5 dog teeth stuck in the wall supporting the dog saliva smell from when we moved in about a month later cracks started appearing in the walls getting larger and larger had to fix those my self also other problems are things like when you plug things in like a TV the plug falls out of the wall there's holes around all the wall plates and a crack about ' of a inch under the front door where bugs are always coming in there's paint all over the windows and doors you can feel cold air coming from the windows if you live here you might as well not use your heater oh and to add to it all the heater located in the dining room are cadet heaters that were recalled in 1996 for bursting in to flames I contacted cadet and they were not happy that they were in use in all these apartments parking is bad we end up most nights parking at least 4 buildings down and walking through the badly lighted paths and parking lots

and yet more things there are birds that live on are back porch and yell every morning at 5am + there is stuff from the people that lived here before us we have a end apartment with vaulted ceilings so there is a spot above the kitchen where the items were left


So all in all run for your life nothing like being woken up every morning by birds or idiots in golf carts racing around

And assuming you can get to sleep with red-necks yelling all night about how could you cheat on me I'm going to kill you or I don't remember last night I got drunk and passed out

So yeah this place gets a -100 out of 10


Oh and to top that all I guess nothing is worse then walking out the front door to see the moron across from us leaning up against the glass doors in his apartment 100% naked guess what sides facing out I wont tell you ill let you move in and see for your self and the pack of misc weird'o's a old lady some guy that sits in his truck and watches little kids walk around all day and a few other people must be at least 4 people living below us and you get up at night to go to the bathroom and boom' boom' boom from the old bat down stairs because were up moving around
