Well the apartment and view were good, but then comes the time you actually need something, keep waiting. If you are going to take the chance and move it, make sure you note every minor tick in the apartment on move in, if you don't they WILL charge you for it and then some. I lived there for 6 months, got charged for items that were clearly a previous tenant, was charged a partial repaint, and given another fun list of crap that ate up my deposit. Okay, then comes the moment when you get to deal with the office manager who will be refered to as greed ----- from here out. Greed ----- does not listen to you, care about your problems, follow the state's law, and is on her quote "responsible for ensuring the deposit is kept by the apartments." After figting it out with her I almost took it to court, but I just did not want the $90 as bad as she did (probably needs crack). Even worse before moving out, I asked her how to avoid charges such as paint. She gave me the address and paint chips from the apartments to buy paint in order to do touch up work. I spent the $10, painted every conceivable area of the apt. for 9 hours, ruined a pair of jeans, and yes got charged for painting. I lost it. And three years later I am still pissed. I even called the land lord to try and deal with greedy -----, but he in all his glory could not return my phone call to save a customer.
So in summary if you would like living in a old run down apartment with greedy ----- and VERY high rent, please have thick skin and wear a cup, because greedy ----- does.

It seems we dealt with the same manager .... I'd just iterate about the move in and out .... if you tick any boxes ALWAYS tick damaged for everything, that way when they tick damaged on the move out (as they will for everything) they cannot charge you. I hope the manager isn't there anymore and that the current one is reading all these ratings!!!
