My issue was that there was so much noise, I literally had to move my bed into the living room away from the parking lot where the kids gathered for the bus and out of the bedroom since the bathroom to the apartment of above me was above the bedroom. Whenever they'd flush the toilet, it sounded like it was going to come through the wall. After I moved into the living room, I slept much better except for the every morning the dog upstairs would start barking and I could always hear the people in the apartment next to me and above me talking. The place is nice enough but just poorly buildings. It's not a reflection on the management, which I never had an issue with. Basically, you get what you pay for.
