The responses from the so called manager are embarassing. To comment that you are glad that someone moved out because their disatisfaction with On the Green makes you draw the conclusion that they are a "sad, unhappy person", is unprofessional and, at the very least, in complete contrast to the customer friendly atmosphere you advertize. My time at On the Green was short lived because of attitudes like that. I moved to a property that realizes that without customers, they are nothing. Rather than take constructive criticism, you choose to put the reviewer down and forget that the perception your customer has of your product or service is more important than your intentions.
