I have lived here for 3 years, there is no parking, cars are getting stolen and broke into which never makes it into the paper, ours has been stolen once and broke into twice. the police, fire trucks, ambulances are here nightly, often several times a night. There was a armed home invasion in fall of 2005. The people in the office say anything to get you in and nothing is followed through on. They will not work with you on rent, if you fall on hard times they will charge you $75 $50 on the 6th of the month and $5 a day after that, they will send it to attorneys by mid-month and charge you the fees. The noise level is terrible, the workers they hirer stand out side your window and visit so if you work nights good luck to you. the workers they hired to do their remodeling were laying ladders up against the windows and looking in, this was reported to the office and to police yet it continued to happen. they are slow to resolve issues. They are all about the money not the people.

The apartments are a good lay out and very roomy. A very good first impression.

I strongly advise avoiding!!!
