On The Green

Which story should I start out with...Just the other day my boyfriend and I came home to a water bed in the bedroom...Unfortunately, we don't have a water bed, we acquired one when our ceiling began leaking and drenched our room.

We called the so called "emergency maintenance hotline" to reach a pager and didn't get a call back till the next day.

So we buncked up on the floor of the living room while our kitchen pot's and pans quickly filled up from the leaks in the bedroom.

Once maintenance arrived, there were not dryers brought in to fight mold, or reimbursement of my mattress that was ruined, we got a note saying they "think" they fixed it but we will have to wait until the next rain to see.

Then they will come in and re-patch the ceiling.

The best part is...This isn't the first time this has happened, because you can see the damage of where it happened on the other side of the room from before.

Who knows all the different types of mold that are growing behind our nasty walls'

The carpet has never been cleaned and smells of pets and cigarettes, there's never parking unless you get home before 6pm, and everything in general is real trashy.

I can't wait to move out! But, I hear once we do, they are going to rip us off with the damage deposit...Looking forward to that:)
