This is the noisiest complex I have ever lived in.
The other tenants have no respect for their neghibors.
They yell in the parking lot and play loud music at all hours which can be heard quite well in through the windows.
There are quite a few dogs, dog poop on the ground, and tons of barking.
There are also a lot of children run around unsupervised in the parking lots screaming from the time school gets out until dark.
I've only been here a couple months, but I'm sure summer will bring even higher noise levels.
The apartments are cute and the place is pretty nice.
The only problem I have is the disrespect from the other tenants.
If you have children you like to let run around in parking lots unsupervised or don't have a job so you don't care if you get sleep then this place was made for you.
I have no parking problems, and the office staff is polite, although slow to respond to complaints.
If there were a no tolerance for noise this place would be perfect, but I can't wait until my lease is up!
