I would not have even written anything had it not been for all of the rediculous, immature, grammatically incorrect negative claims. On the Green is an amazing place to live, with an awesome maintenence staff, a helpful, friendly office staff, and gorgeous grounds. Yeah, they will take your deposit...if you don't pay your water bill...or if you haven't paid your rent!!!!! C'mon people...the deposit is only $200. They use some to clean the carpets, and then the rest is yours to keep as long as your bills are paid! As far as most of the other complaints go...all I have to say is if out of 550-some units, over the last few years, if there are only that many people who have had bad experiences, they must be doing pretty good. I reccommend On the Green completely!!! I would suggest that you avoid the property manager.....Pamela...she is rude and interrupts conversations constantly.... but just ignore her...I don't think she will be around much longer.
