We have lived here 2 years now and by the time our renewal is up it will be 3. I have heard other people complain about the time it takes to get maintenance done, but I have never had a problem with that. We are satisfied for the most part. There are a few things I would like to see different...first, there are silverfish throughout the whole property and its kinda gross when you take a pan out of the cupboard and find a big ugly bug in it!(This problem was admitted to me by the previous manager so they know its a problem) It is true about hearing your neighbors peeing. But I guess you just get used to it. The new office staff seems nice, don't really know them too well yet. They are remodeling areas of the cabana which is a little inconvenient for the time being, but I know when its finished it will have been worth the wait.Generally satisfied overall. It really is a nice place. Perfect location if you like to go for walks There is a walkway by the golf course that is really nice.
