Property was sold approx Jan 2006 & is going condo. Sales will start this summer.
Trash dumpsters are constantly overflowing & there are not enough recycling containers.
Apartments are dark inside, no matter the floorplan.
Lots of big dogs.
Loud place.
Too many parties.
Police calls on a regular basis.
Before you rent, go there on a Friday or Saturday night between 10 pm and 3 am. See if you still want to rent here after that.
Screens/nets have been put up to keep errant golf balls from breaking windows on apartments & cars.
IMO, the one and *only* good thing is the outstanding quality of the neighborhood schools: Endeavour ES, Harbour Pointe MS, Kamiak HS--which are among the best in all of Washington.
Overall opinion: Yuk, yuk and yuk!
