On the Green is great for it's price (Although I've heard that it has now become a section 8 facility!). I have rarely had problems. Maitnence is speedy and one of the 2 pools is kept nice. The free tanning and pets being allowed are both a plus and the area is very kid friendly, especially being around about 3 different school zones! One drawback are the picky neighbors, don't leave a bag of trash outside your door overnight cause you'll get a letter in the mail from the office from people who complained. Most of the complex was recently sold to become condos (which I got a tour of and aren't that special, trust me). Since the construction they have been tearing sides off our outer walls and cutting down trees (making the whole complex look horrible and unkept)at very early hours of the morning, like 7am and the workers are loud and rude. They also mow the lawn and god knows what other loud things as early in the morning as possible! So if you like sleep, this is not the place for you!

I can understand your situation. People unhappy about the apartment are more likely to post negative reviews here than happy renters to post positive reviews. Do you agree?
