Most of the complaints made are things that have nothing to do with the office staff or the property itself. As for my personal experience, the office staff has been extremely helpful in every aspect of my stay here. The maintenance is great and have gone above and beyond every time I had a workorder. The people who have these "bad" experiences are those who have nothing better to do with their time but be negative. You try running a 500 apartment community and we'll see how you do. A bit of advice... If you're so unhappy with apartment living, buy a house and fix everything yourself.
