I am in a month-month apt. that is 'going condo'. This is the main reason I chose this place. Otherwise, I would say the rent is too high for what you get.

The terms of service right now are great: month-month for me with minimum 21 day notice to vacate. The condo. taking over has to give a 90 day notice to me I believe. That is good in my book.

Things I also like about OTG: 1) excercise facility -- prob. one of the best around the area.

2) My view [although many do not have the view I have]

3) Decent landscaping [not the best, but good enough]


Things I do NOT like: 1) There seems to be many residents that are on the 'lower middle income bracket'; [think bass dropping stereos and 4 cyl. cars with a 'coffee can' noisy muffler out the back]; IOW, the could care less about your right to privacy, etc. and are IMO -- LOW CLASS.

2) Hit or miss office staff. Some are very good, others, well.................

3) TERRIBLE build quality. I have a VERY loud snoring gentleman next to me. [The walls are VERY THIN] TERRIBLE INSULATION from both HOT & COLD & NOISE.

4) Outdated appliances.

5) Hit or miss maintenance. Sometimes good, other times......... you wonder if they can read the service ticket'

If you can deal with the above, I would recommend.

But me personally, I would NOT RECOMMEND.
