These buildings were so cheaply constructed that there are countless problems continuously coming up. Now another Mangement company has come in and they are more worried about planting flowers than fixing the plumbing. When they took over the clubhouse was closed for a month while they looked for cheap help and tried to bring the swimming pool up to code with the health department. If you are having difficulty finding a place in Everett, please wait a little longer rather than rent here. You will be happier living in your car!!!!
