My husband and I stopped in to visit the office at the "ON THE GREEN" apartment homes on Sunday, September 23, 2007. After spending a little under an hour at this place, I can tell anyone who is looking for a place to rent, to think otherwise. The rent is outrageous, and upon looking at the model that was available to view, there is no way that what they want for rent is even close to being worth what they are offering. The biggest complaint is, they have no willingness to accomodate anyone with a disability. My husband asked a staff member if they could designate a close parking spot for him because he is disabled and we were told we could purchase a covered parking spot for $50 a month. Not only that, but when he asked if shower bars could be installed they did not seem very willing to offer any help on that issue either. The apartment model is also located on the second floor. An apartment model should NEVER be located anywhere but on a bottom floor because it clearly could be difficult for someone with a disability, or someone elderly to view. My husband struggled to climb the steps just so he could see the apartment model. This is discrimination and the corporate office needs to become aware of this. We will be contacting the corporation who owns this complex. I hope this review helps anyone who is considering renting from this complex to spend their money elsewhere. Thanks and good luck!

I am a current tennant with disabilities and have had no problems with acomidations. Including parking and interior modifications. They have been great. As with any new owner comes change THese guys are great. Issues that have not been taken care of in the past are being solved and more accomidations are yet to come. I live here and enjoy it, it is a sfe and freindly place to live. I hope to be here for years to come. I am sorry about the second floor I heard changes are being made and the new display unti is on the first floor this company is Ada freindly. Its great to see the new accomidations that are coming in. Geat community over all.
