I have lived here for 7 years and had nothing but trouble. 4 different managment companies. All with broken promises. My roof leaked due to there poor shingles and it left water spots all over ceiling and possible mold spots, they refuse to re paint this. My carpet has been here for over 8 years and they will not replace it. The maintenance guys are nice but get no help from managment. It is a good place if you want to stay short term i.e. 6 months but do not stay longer as the place falls apart and they do not fix anything. I have heard that Archstone does rehab on your apt every 5 years. Now I would love this place if they would accomadate.
You will pay a loyalty penalty if you stay. You get rate increase and your apt goes to hell, but new residents get all the goodies cheaper rent and new paint and carpet. Well just thought I would write this to let you know they do not care about long term residents just short term!!!!
