The neighbors were the biggest problem; we could hear them fighting, talking, partying, watching TV, and having sex. It was horrible!
Parking is also unregulated, so anybody and their brother can park their cars there, which can cause big problems when residents try to park in the evening!
The washer was extremely crappy and broke down several times. Maintenance usually showed up within about three days.
The staff was very professional and helpful, however.
Nonetheless, that place is now a part of our past..

Could not agree more. I used to live there too, and the walls were PAPER THIN. I thought my next door neighbors were shooting pr0n movies all the time that's how bad it was...... but at least they seemed happy ;-) Yet, it interrupted my sleeping schedule and I was not happy about that. On the other hand, the upstairs neighbors frequently fought, and I had to remind them that I was about to commence with great vengeance and furious anger upon thee if they did not stop immediately. Had the construction been better, it would never had been an issue. Note: if you have a hard time falling asleep because of noise levels, this place is NOT for you.
