We moved in over a year ago. At that time the new management was just taking over. We decided to expect some changes and be patient. Since that time the pool hours went from 10 pm to 6 pm on week days and 5 pm on week-ends, and it was closed for a few months. The gym is usually dirty and the balls popped. The pond lost its "wildlife refuge status" since it got trashy. The wood playground equipment, which we were told would be upgraded, got broken over the summer and was never fixed. Parking is usually crowded. Trash is often piled up. Walls are thin and repair jobs hit or miss. Office staff changes frequently. It can be difficult to keep a decent temperature in many units. They say they want quality renters, but one of the office girls told me they often rent to people who fail the screening. Then why have it'!' The place looked great when we were moving in, and we were sold high expectations. We still love the location, but are looking to move to different quarters.
