This apartment complex is small, and the managment makes alot of promises that are not kept. There are a number of tenants that are loud, and the dogs are out of control. They poop in the grass and it does not get picked up. The parking lot is dark and not safe.

Love it! You can tell the owner of the complex cares about the residents and overall community. The staff is on the ball and try to make it a fun place to live, responsive to anything that needs repair or replaced. The rent is very well worth the price we've paid over the years.
