New and neat... but dont expect deposit back

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
New construction so the apartments are sure better than others in bellevue and renotn, but
1. Expensive also.. may be justified because they are new and neat.
2. Forget whatever deposit you give.... 400$ deposit was justified by management as cleanup etc.. even though we left the apartment spotless. That amounts given in statement were clearly unjustified.
3. Slow in taking care of problems.
So overall good apartment but will not recommend because they dont give back deposits.. which I seriously dont like.
