These apartments were pretty nice and pretty well maintained. Noise was not really a problem on the outside. I would suggest a top floor apartment though. The people above us sounded like a herd of buffalo in the evenings. Parking can be a hassle because they don't assign any covered spots unless you pay for them and if you get back to late in the night you usually had to park on the street. The surrounding area was pretty nice and we generally felt safe. We did have one problem with a car break in. The lots were kept pretty clean and aside from the rent being a little higher than it should be I would recommend this complex.
