It wasnt bad living here for the first year and a half. The price was reasonable and we had an apartment facing the north which is better since you can't hear the moving trucks. The Management was friendly, until Jaime came. That guy is an A-hole, and he has no customer service skills at all. Melissa was great, and the maintence guys were all pretty cool. Be wary of keeping all maintence records, otherwise they will gouge you when you leave. I was shocked to see the charges that werent necessary. The icing on the cake was the rent, and its large increases over the two years. 1000 plus is pretty high for a one bedroom apartment in my opinion. The parking sucks, and you have to get creative once in awhile. I would give Castle Creek a 7 out 10
