We really enjoyed our stay...

My husband and I moved here after living in a dump in Kent, and it was a huge difference. The office staff is fantastic, and the maintence is great. They are all very friendly. I can hear my neighbors walking around upstairs, but what do you expect from an apartment complex??? My car was broken into, but that is not the complex's issue, no matter where you live, that is going to happen...DONT leave stuff in your car!!! The office staff was great with helping me deal with that issue.
If we had a problem, they were efficient in containing the situation.
I do have to say that the current security doesn't patrol all that well, we had a few kids lerking around while they drove by and they didn't notice them. I really don't see a need for the security here, its a pretty safe place to live.
The rent did jump $200 a month for the next years lease, but so is everywhere else. We are movig due to a home purchase.
I wouldn't swim in the pool, although I wouldn't swim in any apartment pool.
If you move here and you have an issue; ie, something is broken or messy in the complex, tell the office about it, they will get it done.
Over all, this place is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place in a great location!!
