I lived in Castle Creek for two years, and it was a pleasant experience. I moved out because I purchased a home. The property management team are friendly and efficient. When it snowed for a week last December, the staff maintained the road drivable. If there is anything that needs to be repaired or done, you may contact the management and they will promptly take care of it.
I think the price is reasonable for the area. Newcastle is central to most destinations such as the Seatac Airport and Washington State Ferries. There are two big grocery stores within walking distance.
I would definitely recommend Castle Creek to others!
