They use to have a sunbed too! All the cool stuff they advertise is not useable and closed down, run down! There car prowlers, thefts. It took over 5 months to get them to fix the lights in the parking lot area. Dog crap all over the lawn area so you can not enjoy the lawn. Everything in my apt has broken down. The maint. person can only do so much, that the management will allow them to. Do not be fooled by the add it is a mask to get you to sign a lease they will use against you in the end.

I totally agree. People please don't be fooled by the apartmentÂ?s exterior. Everything inside the apartments do not work properly. The washer and driers do not work properly. Refrigerator has an ice maker which never ever worked. The stove oven door doesnÂ?t close, handle ends came apart each time you try to open the oven. They have car ports but charge a monthly fee if you want a car port which a lot of tenants choose not to pay the additional fee. Hence finding free parking in the open spaces after 7 PM is a real nightmare. Parking in the streets is risky because of the thefts

I had to call THREE times for them to fix the door lock on the MAIN entry to my building. It was broken for a few weeks too! The bozo I refer to in my review is the bozo I had to talk to 3 times to get it fixed. With all the car theft and the questionable employees at the semi and cabinet plants he STILL couldnt figure out why I was so concerned with getting the door to shut all the way. Seriously inept.
