From the start, after signing the lease we were not taken care of. The apartment was not ready on the move in date because the staff thought that the 15th was a Saturday, claiming 'my bad' which left my roomate and I with our cars and a u-haul full of things and nowhere to put them. When we returned after a call assuring the apartments had been cleaned and walked through, the cleaners were just leaving and the manager had not stepped foot inside. There were cigarette butts on the balcony, the breaker box had no panel or cover, foot and handprints on the floors and walls. This before we even moved in, it does not get better...
