and that's about all. I think that we lived in the ideal unit in this building- in the back, on the corner with our own little backyard. Which was promised to be landscaped before we moved in and never was... we also had a non working fireplace, windows with broken seals (condesation between the window paines) lots of funny bugs. And by the way, they do NOT heat the swimming pool- so you are definantely better off walking the 1/2 mile down to the beach and swimming at the lake. Not responsive to matinence requests at all. But if you can overcome all of these problems, I suppose the one advantage is that you are allowed to have a dog.
