I lived on the "first" floor which meant I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. There were THREE windows in my entire apartment and all looked into the parking lot of a denny's. There was absolutely no landscaping to speak of, and no one even mowed the lawn behind my apartment (I wasn't allowed as it wasn't part of my "property")
HUGE problem with mold. Basically uncontrollable because half my apartment was technically underground.
No security to speak of, most of the times the light was out in the stairwell. The deck was in very poor condition and needed to be painted and some wood replaced due to rotting (present before I moved in and never fixed)

Fairly noisy as you're less than a block from the highway, and behind the parking lot of a bar and a 24hr denny's.

Not worth it, better apartments available with a MUCH better view. Actually you have to pay extra to be on one of the upper floors to get a view at all.

that was a long time ago, do you owe money? This place just went through a total rennovation and is all new, no mold here..........
