I've lived here over a year and a half and have overall been pretty happy. There was the awful incident of the Sherrif being killed by a guest of a resident which almost made me break my lease and move. Also there are fairly frequent late night parties(loud drunken banter, music etc...)but it is pretty quiet otherwise. Loud dogs and occasional car break ins(not mine) would be my other gripes.

The maintainence and office staff are helpful and efficient and I really like the area, things are close and convenient(parks, banks, shopping etc.) and the quiet times are very quiet and relaxing. My lease is currently up and I may move because there are so many deals out there right now, but would consider staying if they would make me the right offer.
