I lived at Archstone in Boston and at Newport Crossing in Newcastle. Archstone management at Newcastle in 2000/2001 was very good especially one guy (name') who would remember everyone's name and details about them. It made it easy to communicate problems.

I had a corner unit which provided fantastic ventilation when the windows were opened. The apartment was nice but something were showing their age such as the kitchen and you could see mold forming in the window sills. The jacuzzi was awesome and miss that still. Utilities were expensive and at the time the rent was very expensive.

My biggest problem was others parking in my carport almost on a daily basis, yet I could never seem to get management to tow the cars and notify the deadbeats. Don't move in unless you get management to document precisely what policy they follow for illegal parking and their promise they will follow through, but because their word regarding it is $@#@.
