There is a BIG difference between what they tell you and what they actually do. They don't control the noisy residents - they have no security people - they have bad parking rules - 2nd or 3rd maintenance team since I've been here - even when they write up problems ON MOVE IN DAY - it takes months to get something actually fixed - and don't dare say something bad about one of their "pet" tenants. Then you'll be forever on their bad list and nothing you do will ever be right again.

I agree. The archstone "seal of excellence" is a big crock and the key they hand you on the keychain that reads "here is the key to your happiness" is really the key to perdition.
