The only thing good about this place is that its close to almost everything. However parking sucks. I have read everyones comments and must say its true, the good and bad. The good comments are either by people that have only lived at archstone for a few months or are one of the "pet tentants" Office appears to be friendly, but they dont do anything to take care of the probelm at hand. they just blame corp. for 2 poeple our sewer and water is over $100.00 and it only keeps going up. They charge for everything. My stove hardly works and same goes for the washing machine. I have mold in my apt. that i had to clean my self because all they did was paint over it. I hate the fact the rent can be twice as much if you want to do a month month lease. Thats how they get you. the walls are thin i can hear people walking outside my window. cars are not safe on the street, but thats the only place park, the pool is dirty, gym is run down, hot tub is anything but hot. blah blah blah. Long story short. There are better places out there. unless they offer this apt. for free dont take. pretty soon thats what its going to take in order for people to live here.
