I lived at the apt for 6 months with two roomates. I found it to be pleasant. It is not at all like a getto. Im not sure why someone who thought it was the getto would continue to live there for two years; there are many other apartments in the community. It has a lot of amenities for its price range: hot tub, swimming pool, exercise room and I think they even had a dry sauna.
Most other appartments in the area were more expensive, cost more and were of lower quality.
There were a couple of problems though
Lighting: The one bedroom I was using did not have a light in it.
Apliances: The stove did not work when we moved, later they had to replace the dishwasher.
