Management is very good and maintenance is great. It can get kind of loud and parking is very tough, spaces seem a little bit small. If cars aren't parked perfectly (and they won't be), it is tough to get in and out of your car. Units are great though.

They did mislead us about the water. The water bill is WAY too high, and they know that the "average" that they gave us was wrong. However, if you have it to budget, then this is a good complex.
