Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Best aspect: location - short walk to Lake Boren park, convenient stores/restaurants across the street, fruit market across the street, good vet across the street. Traffic is sometimes heavy, but not horrible and eays to enter 405 north of the Newcastle congestion.
Worst aspect: Pet rent' what the...' $20/month. Maintenence staff is hit-or-miss, have had a couple significant problems, and don't feel confident that they have been adequately resolved.
