Very poor management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
had lived here for 3 years, management never appreciated me as a resident who paid her rent on time and barely complained. moved out in July 2007 and just noticed utility was paid double for the month of June and July, management never replied my emails and ignored me.

p.s. monthly utility rate is ridiculous. i paid avg $60 for water, sewage and garbage for one person living in a 2-bedroom apt.
