Not worth the money

I have lived here for 3 years. When I first moved in they couldn't give these apartments away. The new management company that took over is trying to turn these shoddy built apartments in to "luxury" apartments.

Mold is a huge problem. It is all over the windows in the bedrooms and bathroom. Management is never quick to fix problems. They enter your apartment without notice and have made several new "inspections" that they do throughout the year.

Your rent will be raised by 30-50% every year to "keep up with market value".

Office staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and I wish they would go back to California. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here!

I live here too and I so agree. This is a dump that they are trying to sell as high end with a little paint and cheap hardware in the kitchen. The carpet is so thin I don't think there is a pad underneath. I also agree re: management. If you plan on living here, budget for major rent increases every time your lease is up. We are only here until our house sells and I can't wait for the day that I can get the h--- out of here!
