great place for couples - I personally find Cedar Rim to be a great apartment, it has a nice layout and is a nice size. horrible! the front desk girls aren't helpful- they're actually rude. dog poop everywhere..i complained and once again poop on the side walk. i had the maintenance guy come over to fix my door nob and shower - guess what, still broken! when it rains it smells- i think this place was

Very poor management had lived here for 3 years, management never appreciated me as a resident who paid her rent on time and barely complained. moved out in July 2007 and just noticed utility was paid double for the month of June and July, management never replied my emails and ignored me.

Horrible We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. Our apartment has flooded three times, our bathroom ceiling caved in, there's mold everywhere, and management could care less. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Pretty good Best aspect: location - short walk to Lake Boren park, convenient stores/restaurants across the street, fruit market across the street, good vet across the street. Traffic is sometimes heavy, but not horrible and eays to enter 405 north of the Newcastle

Overall Very Good Management is very good and maintenance is great. It can get kind of loud and parking is very tough, spaces seem a little bit small. If cars aren't parked perfectly (and they won't be), it is tough to get in and out of your car. Units are great
