Noise is biggest challenge

We've been here for 1.5 years and don't intend to stay. The noise from very poor construction is the primary motivation for moving. The apartments are in no way sound-proof. As other reviews have noted, one can hear neighbors saying and doing everything, from watching TV to talking on the phone from going to the bathroom.
If the construction were fair, we'd stay as North Bend is beautiful and we love being in the mountains. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
