These apts are the cheapest built places I've ever lived. Forget about having company over, if they drive a car, no parking available and we don't use our garage for storage. The staff is friendly as long as things are going their way and everything is hunky dory, but have a problem in your apartment and oh boy! Yeah the outside is nice, but don't let your kids play in the play area, unless you don't mind them walking where other residents have let their dogs pee. And don't get me started on listening to the next door neighbors. OMG you can hear everything!!! I understood these apartments were built for low income housing, shyeah right! Be careful the gate has never worked right and when it did, it was slow and anybody could creep in behind you, but that was only when it worked, which out of the 4 years we lived there, a total of 2 times it worked. These places are expensive! Don't rent here, you'll regret it! Not to mention they advertise their rent as under a 1000.00 a month, but that's ONLY if you get their SPECIAL apartment. This complex is a joke!
