As lovely as North Bend the town may be Rock Creek Ridge Apartments is another story. With rent well exceeding $1450 each month (for rent, water, sewer, cable, and garbage) it is simply too expensive to live here for a long period of time. The pros to living here are - close to the I-90, plenty of room (1100 sq. ft.), beautiful surroundings (mountains, Mt. Si, an abundance of evergreens), attached garage. The cons are just as everyone else have stated - not nearly enough parking (forget about having company over), very noisy (I can hear our neighbor - snore, go to the bathroom, flush the toilet, talk, etc.), the gate has never worked properly (and they advertise as a "gated community" WHAT A JOKE!), the staff can be ditzy and slow, the maintenance crew is adequate, poor construction, I think the construction team did a rush job just to complete the apartments, the power does go out a lot for seemingly no apparent reason, so to conclude if you don't mind throwing your hard, earned money away every month come move to Rock Creek Ridge Apartments. If you on the other hand value your money, I suggest you look elsewhere.
