Very expensive, the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors talking among other activities...Parking is terrable leaving no option for you visitors to park.
The apartment itself was poorly built they seemed to use the cheapest materials they could find.
On top of all this the manager of the complex has instructed the police that all those who stay in the hot tub/pool area after 10pm are to be arrested for trespassing (can you imagine being arrested at you own home for trespassing''!!)
The management is terrable and rude. They are trying to charge us for all sorts of things since we have moved including a kitchen and bathroom that were cleaned by me personally prior to our move. Really don't bother with this place, there are many different apartments that have a better value!
